چکیده

We transfer the lower semi-continuity of Siegel disks with fixed Brjuno type rotation numbers to geometric limits. Here, we restrict to Lavaurs maps associated to quadratic polynomials with a parabolic fixed point.

This describes the semi-parabolic basin and gives the analogue of the repellin...

Existence and Continuity of Global Attractors for a Degenerate Semilinear Parabolic Equation

In this article, we study the existence and the upper semicontinuity with respect to the nonlinearity and the shape of the domain of global attractors for a semilinear degenerate parabolic equation involving the Grushin operator.

Ghys-like Models Providing Trick for a Class of Simple Maps

For quadratic polynomials with an indifferent fixed point with bounded type rotation number (they have a Siegel disk), much of what is known of their Julia set comes from the study of a quasiconformal model. The model is build from a Blaschke fraction, that we call a pre-model, and that is given by a formula. We give here a geometric construction of pre-model maps, that extends to some cases wh...

Upper Semicontinuity of Pullback Attractors for Non-autonomous Generalized 2d Parabolic Equations

This paper is concerned with a generalized 2D parabolic equation with a nonautonomous perturbation −∆ut + α ∆ut + μ∆ u+∇ · −→ F (u) +B(u, u) = ǫg(x, t). Under some proper assumptions on the external force term g, the upper semicontinuity of pullback attractors is proved. More precisely, it is shown that the pullback attractor {Aǫ(t)}t∈R of the equation with ǫ > 0 converges to the global attract...

Uniqueness Results for Second-Order Bellman--Isaacs Equations under Quadratic Growth Assumptions and Applications

In this paper, we prove a comparison result between semicontinuous viscosity sub and supersolutions growing at most quadratically of second-order degenerate parabolic Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman and Isaacs equations. As an application, we characterize the value function of a finite horizon stochastic control problem with unbounded controls as the unique viscosity solution of the corresponding dynam...
